Our Shipping Prochedure :

Here our shipping procedhure to ensure that customers get the best cigarettes. 

First, all cartons are wrapped with plastic bubble, to minimize effect of damages.

Then We put in the box, based on their number of cartons. We have special box, that will fit all the number of cartons.

After that, all boxes will sealed with brown tapes, all side to give more protection and secure. Then We printed customers address, write the EMS order form.

We Ship with :

All orders are shipped within 24 hours once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship from Indonesia via Express Mail Service (EMS) (estimated arrival time 3 - 14 business days) and Registered Mail (estimated arrival time 7-20 days). You will be provided with Tracking Number so you can always track your order shipment.

Flat Shipping Cost, for 1-20 + cartons only $20.00

You can track online your parcel shipped via EMS website or contact your local post office. Please note that before your parcel get into the customs of your country, the tracking is possible only from the EMS Indonesian. Express Mail Service (EMS) is only available for the following 53 countries. For the rest of the world the only option is Registered Airmail with estimated arrival time 2 - 3 weeks.

 No additional shipping cost for separately parcel / delivery. This is avoid confiscated package by custom.
Example : if total quantity order 8 cartons, we divide become 2 package (max. 4 cartons per delivery). The second package will be ship after the first parcel delivered or within few days as requested.

To save on Shipping Costs, we recommend to buy at least 2 cartons per order.
 
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Jakarta, Indonesia through Indonesian Postal Service with Express Mail Service (EMS) with estimated arrival time in 7- 14 business days. You will be provided with EMS tracking ID so you can always track your order shipment. We ship WORLD WIDE.

 Delivery Time

The goods will arrive within 3 - 14 business days, depend on the destination, for express shipping. Please notice that in some rare occasions it may take 21 - 28 business days. And 10 - 28 business days for regular shipping.

Please be advised that if you use forwarding address, the delivery time can take longer.

For express shipping, you will be provided with tracking number and you could always monitoring to see what really happens to your package at your government post office.

In the even that you do not receive your packages within 30 days, these packages are declared lost or stolen and we guarantee to resend you the packages or to fully refund you the money for your order.

Please remember that you must mention your complete a valid shipping address while registering and placing orders. If the address is incomplete, you may not qualify for a refund as we are helpless in case of refund claims for orders which show incomplete shipping address. Always double check your postal code, city, state, street name, and building number. The more descriptive address you give, the less the trouble you would face at the time of delivery.

Goverment Tax

All cigarettes and cigars come with Indonesian government tax stamping. Government health warning on the cigarettes and cigars packaging printed in Indonesian language. You are responsible for paying duty taxes applied by your local government customs. We recommend you find out your own government's guidelines about importing cigarettes and cigars for personal consumption. Make sure that you are not from a country or state where viewing, processing, transporting, purchasing, or distributing tobacco related products is prohibited under local laws.
